Frequently Asked Questions
Why can't get into my email or log in to a lab computer? You probably have the wrong username or password. Unless specified otherwise, your username will be your first name, a period, and then last name followed by the school's domain (i.e. [email protected]). Make sure you've got that period between your first and last name. If that's correct, you may need to reset your password. We have a guide on how to do that in the "How-To" section here.
