How to Check for Academic/Financial Holds This will show you how to check to see if any AAC offices have issued a hold on your account that may restrict your ability to access certain areas of Campus Café such as the registration portal or final grades.

Login at campuscafe.artacademy.edu using your Single Sign-On credentials (AAC email login). Your “Home Page” is your student dashboard with six orange buttons on a teal background. • You may notice below your name at the top right of the page, some text in red indicating you have a hold. • To review any and all holds, navigate to the menu at the far left of the page and select “My Info”, then “Student Holds” • On the next screen, you will see a summary of any active holds, along with a brief message informing you of the hold and which office you need to follow-up with to resolve the hold. • Contact the appropriate office for additional information • Once the hold has been resolved, that office will remove the hold which should take effect immediately.
