Password Issues

  • Forgotten Password
    • Go to https://password.artacademy.edu
    • Click "Reset Password" under the sign in section
    • Type in your username and click "Continue"
    • You will then be prompted to answer your security questions
      • If you have forgotten your answers or answer them incorrectly too many times, you will be locked out
      • If this happens, please contact the Helpdesk or see the onsite technician on Tuesdays or Thursdays during Common Hour.
    • Don't forget to fill in the CAPTCHA at the bottom
    • Click "Continue"
    • If successful, you will then be able to go to the "Change Password" tab
    • Enter in a new password, confirm it, and press "Change Password"
    • The process can take up to a minute so please be patient
    • If successful, you will be greeted with two green bars indicating both your Active Directory and Azure/Office365 passwords have been changed
  • Password Change
    • Go to https://password.artacademy.edu
    • Sing in using your username and password
    • Click on the "Change Password" tab
    • Type in your old password
    • Type in your new password and confirm it
    • Click "Change Password"
    • The process can take up to a minute so please be patient
    • If successful, you will be greeted with two green bars indicating both your Active Directory and Azure/Office365 passwords have been changed
