Password Issues
- Forgotten Password
- Go to https://password.artacademy.edu
- Click "Reset Password" under the sign in section
- Type in your username and click "Continue"
- You will then be prompted to answer your security questions
- If you have forgotten your answers or answer them incorrectly too many times, you will be locked out
- If this happens, please contact the Helpdesk or see the onsite technician on Tuesdays or Thursdays during Common Hour.
- Don't forget to fill in the CAPTCHA at the bottom
- Click "Continue"
- If successful, you will then be able to go to the "Change Password" tab
- Enter in a new password, confirm it, and press "Change Password"
- The process can take up to a minute so please be patient
- If successful, you will be greeted with two green bars indicating both your Active Directory and Azure/Office365 passwords have been changed

- Go to https://password.artacademy.edu
- Sing in using your username and password
- Click on the "Change Password" tab
- Type in your old password
- Type in your new password and confirm it
- Click "Change Password"
- The process can take up to a minute so please be patient
- If successful, you will be greeted with two green bars indicating both your Active Directory and Azure/Office365 passwords have been changed
