**Go to https://password.artacademy.edu

**Click "Reset Password" under the sign in section

*Click "Can't access your account?" under the username field
**Type in your username and click "Continue"

*Select "Work or School account" as your account type
**You will then be prompted to answer your security questions

*You will then be prompted for your username or email and a CAPTCHA
***If you have forgotten your answers or answer them incorrectly too many times, you will be locked out

**So long as you entered your phone number upon first logging into your account you should be redirected to the next step
***If this happens, please contact the Helpdesk or see the onsite technician on Tuesdays or Thursdays during Common Hour.

Password Issues

Forgotten Password

  • Go to https://portal.office.com
  • Click "Can't access your account?" under the username field
  • Select "Work or School account" as your account type
  • You will then be prompted for your username or email and a CAPTCHA
    • So long as you entered your phone number upon first logging into your account you should be redirected to the next step
    • If you get a message stating password reset hasn't been set up, open a help ticket
  • Verify your identity via MFA or phone
  • Choose a new password
  • Click "Finish"
