*The school has recently change over to a different licensing provider for Adobe Creative Cloud. There is no change to access and what applications are accessible. However, all Creative Cloud users will need to backup their Adobe cloud storage files, sign out of the Creative Cloud app, and then sign back in with an Adobe Enterprise ID using your Office365/Email credentials. The steps and videos below will guide you through this process.
**For Mac Users
***First, either backup or move all the files located in your "Adobe Creative Cloud" folder
***Next, open the Creative Cloud app located in your Applications folder. You will likely still be signed in with your old Adobe ID
***Click on the Creative Cloud icon in the top menu bar of your screen (looks like an infinite loop)
***Click the on the blue circle near the top right of the Creative Cloud window and choose "Sign Out"
***Wait for a moment and you will be presented with the login screen
***Type in your school email address (if it's not already there)
***When you go to type in your password, it should now ask whether you want to use a personal account or a work or school account
***Choose the "Enterprise ID" school account option. This is what you will use moving forward on all your devices
***This will redirect you to an Office365 login screen. Use your school Office365/email password to sign in
***Once signed in, you will be taken back to the Creative Cloud window and all your apps will be accessible once more
